We design a custom email template that matches your website and branding, and test it to make sure it looks good in all the major email programs and web mail services.
For each email you want to send, you can insert articles, text and images using an easy-to-use online system, with no technical knowledge required. You can also mail-merge your subscriber list, so their name appears in specific places in the email, and send a test copy to yourself before you send to everyone.
Collect and manage your subscribers
Keep all your subscriber email addresses in one place by easily importing email addresses from your computers address book. We’ll add a sign-up box on your website that lets people subscribe to you emails instantly.
The system will also allow you to arrange your subscribers into groups, allowing you to send targeted emails to certain people, and will automatically remove any duplicate addresses, so nobody receives the same email twice.
See who reads and clicks on your emails
For each email you send, the system will keep track of who views it and which links they click on, and present this information on simple charts and graphs.
This information will help you see what content gets the best response, and tailor your future emails accordingly, to make them more effective. You can also see how many new subscribers are signing up on a day-to-day basis.
